About Mary Ann / Windermere Real Estate West Metro

With 34+ years of experience in the Seattle real estate market, Mary Ann attributes her success to honest and direct communication, staying accessible to her clients, being a creative thinker, and consistent follow through. She takes pride in being a professional with an ongoing list of “forever satisfied” clients as the cornerstone of her business. You can be certain that you will receive the utmost care and attention with unparalleled service from start to finish.
Mary Ann has found that specializing in specific areas has worked very well. It allows her to have local knowledge about what is selling, and at what price. Being able to bring all of that to the table when teaming up with clients, makes their experiences successful. Her repeat business with past clients, as well as their friends and families speaks volumes to her integrity and commitment.

She has been the recipient of three prestigious awards; the 2001 Seattle King County Association of Realtors Community Service Award, the 2002 Washington State Association of Realtors Community Service Award, and most recently the 2011 Seattle King County Association of Realtors Community Service Award. In 2004 she was honored in Country Living Magazine’s “Comfort Contest” which recognizes those individuals (nationally) who make a personal effort to bring comfort to those in need. Mary Ann was a recipient of the 2006 "Take Action Award " for her dedicated and continued support of the Salvation Army's Hickman House, a shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The Windermere Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has raised millions of dollars to help communities, families and children break the pattern of homelessness.
